条款与退款政策

1. 产品性质

本产品为原创练习题与备考工具,用于新加坡 CEI (KAH) 考试的自我练习。不是官方真题,也不是历届试题——官方(MOM / NTUC LearningHub)从不公开真实考题;任何声称出售"真题"者均属违规。本产品与 MOM、NTUC LearningHub 无任何从属或合作关系。

2. 不保证通过

本产品不保证考试通过。产品内的"训练就绪度""目标 80%"等均为内部训练指标,不代表官方合格线或通过预测。考试结果取决于你自身的准备与临场发挥。

3. 三种产品授权

• 免费体验:无需付款,使用公开的 49 题体验池。
• 诊断版:一次按 MOM 公布结构编排的 80 题原创模拟,以及该次作答全部题目的双语解析、官方依据、Section 得分、法域热力图和错误类型分析。报告与复盘保留 60 天。
• 中断保护:诊断作答期间,未提交答案与计时状态会保存在当前设备;重新打开后按原开始时间继续倒计时,不会重置时间。清除浏览器数据、更换浏览器或设备,或使用限制本地存储的隐私模式时,本地恢复可能不可用;已提交报告不受影响。
• VIP:自购买日起连续 365 天访问完整题库、训练功能、学习记录和订阅期内更新。不会自动续费。
• 授权仅供订阅者本人学习使用;不得共享账号、转售访问权或批量复制内容。
• 企业席位按已购买席位数计,仅限被授权员工在各自账号内使用。

4. 诊断版升级抵扣

1. 抵扣仅限同一账号邮箱。
2. 按诊断版订单实际支付金额计算;使用优惠后按优惠后的实付金额。
3. 抵扣有效期为诊断版付款后 60 天。
4. 每笔诊断版付款只能抵扣一次。
5. 抵扣额不超过目标产品价格。
6. 已退款、拒付或撤销的订单不产生抵扣额度;已产生的额度同时撤销。
7. 升级 VIP 后,到期日为 max(升级当日,现有 VIP 到期日)+365 天。
8. 辅导计划起止独立于 VIP;辅导结束不缩短原有 VIP 有效期。
9. 升级不会删除现有学习进度。
10. 结账前会再次显示实际抵扣额、最终付款额和有效期。

5. 辅导计划

辅导计划是 4–6 周的独立增值服务,不是持续订阅。已有 VIP 只需支付辅导费;非 VIP 可购买 VIP 与辅导组合。辅导计划不是 MOM 认可课程,不能替代法律或考试机构要求的认可课程,也不保证考试通过。

教练仅在学习者明确同意后查看其成绩、错题和弱点分析。学习者可撤回同意;撤回后不再向教练开放后续学习数据,但依法或为处理争议必须保留的记录除外。

6. 实时更新

订阅期内所有内容更新实时生效,无需下载或执行任何操作。重要修正在官网 changelog 公布。

7. 退款政策

• 付款后 7 天内且尚未首次登录使用的,可申请全额退款。
• 已开始使用的,可就未使用月份比例协商退款;适用法律另有规定的,按法律执行。
• 若因我方原因无法开通或持续提供已购买的访问,我们负责恢复服务或按未提供部分退款。
• 退款申请请邮件联系客服并附订单号。

8. 内容准确性与报错

每道题附官方来源链接与核实日期。政策会变,我们按期重核。若你发现任何一处政策错误,经核实后我们将公开修正并致谢(并赠一年更新)。

9. 独立产品

本产品与 MOM、NTUC LearningHub 或任何 MOM 认可培训机构无从属、合作或认可关系。

10. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用本产品产生的间接或后果性损失不承担责任;总责任以你实际支付的金额为上限。

11. 账号与数据(PDPA)

登录仅需邮箱验证码,无需密码。我们存储:邮箱、订单号、授权状态、模拟与学习进度,用于开通权限、跨设备同步、生成诊断报告及提供你明确同意的辅导服务。我们不出售相关数据、不用于第三方广告投放,也不收集付款卡资料。你可来信要求访问、更正或删除账号与数据,但依法或为交易、退款、争议及安全审计必须保留的记录除外。

Terms & Refund Policy

1. Nature of the product

This is an original practice-question set and study tool for self-preparation for Singapore's CEI (KAH) exam. It is not official exam questions and not past-year papers — the authorities (MOM / NTUC LearningHub) never release real questions, and anyone claiming to sell "actual questions" is in breach. This product is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by MOM or NTUC LearningHub.

2. No pass guarantee

This product does not guarantee a pass. "Training readiness", the "80% target" and similar are internal training indicators, not an official pass mark or prediction. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance.

3. Three product licences

• Free Trial: no payment; access to the public 49-question trial pool.
• Diagnostic: one original 80-question mock arranged to MOM's published structure, plus complete bilingual explanations, official references, Section scores, law-area heatmap and error analysis for that attempt. The report and review remain available for 60 days.
• Interruption protection: unsubmitted answers and timing state are stored on the current device during the Diagnostic. Reopening continues from the original start time and does not reset the timer. Local recovery may be unavailable after clearing browser data, changing browser or device, or using a privacy mode that restricts local storage; submitted reports are unaffected.
• VIP: 365 consecutive days of access to the full bank, training features, learning records and in-term updates. It does not auto-renew.
• Access is for the subscriber's own study only. Do not share the account, resell access or copy the content in bulk.
• Business subscriptions cover only the number of seats purchased, each used through the authorised employee's own account.

4. Diagnostic upgrade credit

1. The same account email must be used.
2. Credit equals the amount actually paid for the Diagnostic after any discount.
3. Credit expires 60 days after Diagnostic payment.
4. Each Diagnostic payment may be credited once only.
5. Credit cannot exceed the target product price.
6. Refunded, disputed, charged-back or cancelled orders create no credit; existing credit is revoked.
7. After a VIP upgrade, expiry is max(upgrade date, current VIP expiry)+365 days.
8. Coaching dates are independent of VIP; coaching ending does not shorten existing VIP access.
9. Upgrading does not delete learning progress.
10. Before checkout, we show the applied credit, final amount and validity again.

5. Coaching Programme

The Coaching Programme is a separate 4–6 week add-on, not a recurring subscription. Existing VIP users pay only the coaching fee; non-VIP users may buy a VIP-and-coaching bundle. It is not a MOM-accredited course, does not replace any accredited course required by law or the exam authority, and does not guarantee a pass.

A coach may view scores, wrong answers and weakness analysis only after the learner gives explicit consent. The learner may withdraw consent; future learning data will then no longer be available to the coach, except records that must be retained by law or to handle disputes.

6. Live updates

All content updates take effect live during the subscription term, with no download or other action required. Material corrections are published in the website changelog.

7. Refunds

• A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of payment and before the first login or use.
• After use has started, a refund based on the proportion of unused months may be discussed; applicable law continues to apply.
• If we cannot activate or continue providing purchased access, we will restore service or refund the unprovided portion.
• Email us with your order number to request a refund.

8. Accuracy & error reporting

Every question links its official source and verification date. Policy changes; we re-check on schedule. If you find a genuine policy error, we publish the correction with credit to you (and add a year of updates) once confirmed.

9. Independent product

This product is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by MOM, NTUC LearningHub or any MOM-accredited training provider.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this product; total liability is capped at the amount you paid.

11. Account & data (PDPA)

Sign-in uses an email verification code and no password. We store your email, order number, entitlement status, mock results and learning progress to grant access, sync devices, generate the Diagnostic report and provide coaching you explicitly consent to. We do not sell this data, use it for third-party advertising or collect payment-card details. You may request access, correction or deletion, except records that must be retained by law or for transactions, refunds, disputes and security audits.
